How Grid is made
The Grid is the engine that draws our newsletter. Eight letters choose a composition and a palette, and it lays the piece down row by row.
The piece goes across the back and its seed is set at the chest. Any word draws its own grid.

Chest is measured flat across, 2″ below the armhole; length from the highest point of the shoulder. It isn’t pre-shrunk: the length comes up a little after the first wash.
